China Chef is a chinese restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is listed at 8034 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45239, which places it among the local businesses of Cincinnati that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Cincinnati; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Ohio are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ2:30 pm. It is closed on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (513) 522-2212. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is chinachefcincy.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Cincinnati is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cincinnati follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Unbelievably tasty and consistent. I've been coming here for nearly 30 years and the new family that took it over some years ago does an even better job than the previous family. It's always hot fresh and consistent every time I come it's about the only place I'll even eat on colerain avenue to be honest. Kung Pao chicken and spring roll we're absolutely perfect I can't wait to come back. Thank you guys for your consistency and very tasty Chinese food.

Last night ordered General Tso Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and two orders of Fried Wontons. They now have fancy bags for your take order, money spent foolishly! The chicken in the General Tso was so tough my husband couldn't eat it, the Chicken Fried Rice lacked any flavor and had one pea, one piece of carrot, and maybe 2 to 3 bean sprouts, and no evidence of any egg, the fried wontons were not what we were used to having. When we bit into the fried wontons it was just meat and appeared to be chicken, I looked on their menu after eating the fried wontons and they have changed, they are now described as chicken meatballs. The previous fried wontons, that we absolutely loved, had pork meat, cabbage and carrot. I have been going to this restaurant for over thirty years and the food was always fantastic. New owners now and we will not be back!

if i could give a negative star i would, i jus spent $30 on this bullshit, sweet an sour chicken is sooooo dry its not chewable, fried rice is tasteless an dry wit about 5 peas an 6 carrots, paid for extra egg it was under cooked and slimey, the sprig rolls have been cooked so damn much they are super greasy and burned from being fried so much, they are probably yesterday's cooked spring rolls, its a damn shame that yall will try to pass this shit off as edible food, jus pure laziness in the quality of food yall choose to sell to the public, bet yall wouldnt eat this shit but expect paying customers to eat this garbage.

We went here, to eat in, last Sunday. The server was friendly and helpful. The crab rangoons and fried pork wontons were fabulous! I loved my pineapple fried rice and the server was kind about allowing me to do some modifications. We loved our Boba! The cups are adorable and the flavors are delicious! They have the small tapioca Boba that I love! They also had popping Boba that my niece loved. Great experience.

Awesome job for a take out Chinese, the pad thai was good. The staff running it seem like family and they care! The bubble teas look great and I will be back. Thank you for providing quality food on Colerain Ave. It is hard to find ;)
